About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Mathematics & Geography Teacher to join our client’s school in Naivasha. This role requires a teacher with a strong academic background, proven teaching excellence, and the ability to inspire and engage learners at Key Stages 3.
The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding results, fostering critical thinking, and contributing to a vibrant, collaborative school culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics and Geography lessons aligned to the Cambridge Assessments.
- Prepare students for Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE examinations.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress in line with school policy.
- Integrate modern teaching resources and technology into lesson delivery.
- Support learners in developing both academic skills and personal values.
- Actively contribute to co-curricular activities, school events, and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics & Geography.
- Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and Cambridge Certifications.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience teaching Cambridge Curriculum at Key Stages 3.
- Demonstrated success in preparing learners for Cambridge examinations.
- Strong understanding of current educational trends and methodologies.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for inspiring and motivating students.
- Able to report immediately.
