Our client, a private school based in Naivasha, is seeking to recruit an experienced Math and Science Teacher to join their teaching team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Mathematics and Science (combination of Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) in the British Curriculum, with 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and Science, ensuring alignment with the British Curriculum standards.
• Develop instructional materials and lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and student abilities.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations, providing feedback for improvement.
• Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience and support interactive learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field with a focus on Mathematics and/or Science subjects.
• 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, specifically within the British Curriculum.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering academic excellence.
